Our tub in our suite was dirty and when we told them they said they would send someone but no one came! We also never got our room cleaned!

The property overall was nice. Although I did come in 2021 and it wasn’t the same. There was sand in the hallways, stains on the towels, chairs, placemats, and tables. It didn’t have the same sparkle and cleanliness that it did a few years back. This didn’t stop us from enjoying the property but this was something that I noticed as soon as we arrived and picked up on throughout our stay.
