Rooms have beautifully traditional decor but have fine modern features like step-in showers and adequate air conditioning. Hotel is on a quiet, elegant, leafy residential street, but still convenient. It is in an early 1900's building that resembles a mansion but had been a US Embassy building. Most importantly, staff is especially knowledgeable and helpful.

Amazing location in Rome and the rooms are modern and comfortable albeit a little small. No drink making facilities in the rooms with a coffee machine only in the reception. They put this on free vend during the hours of breakfast. This hotel is desperate for drinks in the room

We specifically chose this hotel because the rooms have kitchens. When we got to the room, we found that the half of the “fridge” is full of stuff to buy and the other half is tiny, and you have to request dishes and cooking tools. Another thing that was really disappointing was the fact that the pools closed at 6pm! Overall it was a nice hotel, but there were definitely disappointments.

Stay at this hotel if you want to be fooled. I had to leave

The property was not impressive. I enjoyed the restaurants and the bars, but the room and the front desk service was not what I expected. I thought being a Conrad would be an upgrade from the Hilton. But the service and amenities associated with the hotel brand was just bleh. I also had food and beverage credit, but it was limited to certain restaurants like the more expensive ones. Since I checked in at 2am I had to go to the lobby bar at 11am to use my $25 bar credit. And the second credit was not reflected on my bill. But the front desk was so slow I just wanted to leave.

Great Hotel

Clean and quiet.

I called hotel on Tueaday, Sep 8, becauseI could get there only early morning - Sep 13 by 7 am Knowing, that check in is 3 pm, I inquired, if hotel can accompdate me that early - as an exception The staff member said it won't be a problem- at which pointI asked to notate my file for this special request Upon arrival on Sep 13 by 7am, I found out, that they cannot give me a room, as it was promised. The door was locked and receptionist won't even let me inside to talk with her I had to talk being on the noisy street trying to understand her poor English. I asked about the courtesy of, at least, leaving my luggage at the hotel, which is customary for the hotels Answer was - " No" So there I was stock at 7 am in the morning, with luggage - no car -I was dropped at the hotel by friends,who couldn't stay I had to order Uber to get to my church, which was closed at that early time - with all my luggage and stay near church gate for 2 hours intil it was open - and I am 72 years old, so that experience, which would be difficult for younger people, was very hard on me I came back by 2 pm, still had tosit in the lobbyfor one hour, even though ny that time there should be a room cleaned already by that time Needless to say, when I was checked in and came to my room - it wasn't ready - the maid was still in it cleaning If the hotel is that strict with check in at 3 pm, then rooms s/b clean by 3 pm It is poor management - only one maid was working on the floor My day was totally ruined
