I checked in pretty late , when I got there the receptionist informed me that I book for 1 person but my friend was with me and I told initial it was just me but she came along and I didn’t mind paying for the difference of my friend being there and the receptionist told me that it was €40 on PayPal because he the amount was too small to on hotels card reader and now he won’t stop texting/calling me.

I’m not sure the cost of the hotel, compared to other places in Tirana is worth it. Everything is a bit outdated. The floor where I was staying was very loud and I couldn’t sleep,
