Clean and comfortable hotel. No front desk staff was a bit of an issue for us…..we aren’t use to the all digital type room and building entry. Once we got in and in our room it all worked out. We had stayed previously when it was under a different setup and enjoyed it so much that we wanted to return with our family. Location is great with close proximity to train, major sightseeing and places to shop and eat. We will definitely stay there again when we return to Athens.

The restaurant on top of the hotel is very unique. Room was clean. Staff were very helpful and welcoming. Hotel is located in a great area, lots to see and do.

The hotel has a beautiful view of the Acropolis, and we also had a very good experience with the food at the restaurant. It is located in a quieter neighborhood, which may appeal to those looking to be away from the busiest tourist areas, although it is not right in the middle of the action. Unfortunately, the overall room experience was disappointing. Check-in took quite a long time, and after waiting, we were given a room facing directly toward a wall. The lotion container was completely empty, and the blind did not close properly, leaving a large gap that let a significant amount of light into the room. Most concerning, the following morning I discovered an old used Band-Aid stuck to the blanket, which was extremely unpleasant and raised serious concerns about how thoroughly the room had been cleaned and checked before our arrival. We had actually planned to stay at this hotel again on our return to Athens, but after this experience, we decided to cancel that reservation and stay elsewhere. The Acropolis view and restaurant were definite positives, but unfortunately the room condition, cleanliness and check-in experience outweighed them for us.
