I loved my stay! It was in a convenient location, close to the metro as well. My room didn’t have a pretty view but the room was still clean and comfortable. The only thing I didn’t appreciate was the fact that you must pay $40 to use the pool, I feel like if the main cover photo of the hotel is the pool, it should be an included amenity as it is listed as one too. Other than that, everything else was ok.

Arrived from the U.S. and Had a night in the area. We found our stay at the Grand Hotel incredibly comfortable, very helpful staff, comfortable lounge on the ground floor and well located to restaurants and shops.

After booking a twin room, we walked in and there was only one bed. Reception said they had upgraded the room, did they expect for me to sleep with my twelve year old daughter. They then said that one of the sofas was a bed . They then went up and made it ( thought they would have already done that as a twin room was booked). I was told that breakfast started at seven which sounded good as we wanted to be away by eight. When we got there there were no tables laid and still remnants from the night before on the tables and on the floor. The hot breakfast for apparently only just brought out for breakfast starting was only like warm . Basically nothing was ready or up to standard. Very disappointed and will never return
