Fabulous Hotel with great rooms, awesome buffet breakfast, friendly helpful staff, centrally located near sites & the metro line. I would stay there anytime I was in Rome. Lots of great restaurants nearby of all types.

This place is amazing. We have a big family. Plenty of space for everyone. Clean and beautiful room. Absolutely amazing and look forward to staying there again and again. Love this place!

I had a great stay at The Viv Hotel! The property is absolutely beautiful, and my room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable.
Check-in is at 4 PM, but unfortunately, my room wasn’t ready until around 5:30 PM. However, the staff and manager were very accommodating and handled the situation really well. They gave me the option to check into a different room right away, but it would have been smaller than the room I originally booked. My other option was to wait for my room, and they offered to waive my resort fee and parking because of the inconvenience.
I’m so glad I decided to wait for my King Suite because it was definitely worth it! The room was beautiful, and I really enjoyed my stay. Even with the delayed check-in, the way the staff handled everything made a big difference.
I would definitely stay at The Viv again and recommend it!
