This hotel feels like our second home. It’s our go to hotel every time. It’s not as luxurious as the other ones in Clark but what the hotel offers surpasses that. The staff is the heart of this hotel. The location, food and the other features are just icing on the cake. All the staff are amazing and this is no exaggeration. Special mention to James and Alanis (who took care of us also last year); Chezka and Yana from front desk; Kiko and George from the restaurant and all the housekeeping and security staff! Keep up the great job! Looking forward to coming back!

I honestly can’t say enough good things about the team at Midori! I didn't catch everyone’s names, but a huge thank you to everyone—from the reception desk and the guards to the guys who helped with our bags, the restaurant crew, and even our airport transfer driver. ( airport service at 515 am ) The biggest shoutout goes to the front desk staff during our check-in. I was low-key stressed about traveling with my mom’s insulin, but they totally took care of us. Since our room didn't have a freezer, they let us use a cooler with ice and even stored her travel gel packs in their main freezer so they’d be ready for our flight. It was such a relief. If you’re traveling with seniors, Midori really goes above and beyond. Kudos to the whole team! If you want a quiet zone- just choose the room away from the bar as it is loud and it can be heard in the room. Also the hotel claims to be luxury, I think they need to upgrade their rooms to meet the standard of a luxury hotel. Otherwise, the service was superb👍👍👍

The staff were nice, but the building was a little bit outdated. Only complaint was in the middle of the night. They called us that their transportation was there, but we never booked transportation and it ruined our sleep. Other than that, the hotel was enough if you just wanted to rest.

Renovating in progress interfered with some things, like the bathroom by the pool area not open, and kitchen not having all the menu items for the breakfast meal. No food available after 2:00 pm. Would be nice if the hotel had a full service restaurant serving through the dinner meal hours. Floors in my room looked very dull and needed waxing. Hot water not working properly in the shower. Our bathroom had only 2 bath towels, but no hand towels or washcloths. Our beds had sheets but no blankets. The A/C was difficult to get the temperature set at a comfortable level. WiFi was too slow in our room, causing us to go by the pool or lobby. The lobby was beautiful, but the management should focus more attention on room conditions and guest amenities and services! The staff was friendly and helpful with trying to accommodate our needs. I liked the “Grab” service which made it easy to order a Starbucks drink and have it delivered to our room!

The hotel staff are excellent and they are really professional. The property itself is ok but the water system is horrible. I had to buy drinking water to wash my teeth and wash my hair because the water system was so dirty. I turned the water running for more than 10hrs and the water was still yellow. Hopefully they can fix that for future customers. If the water issue is fixed i would stay again but for now, I would not come back to the hotel because clean water is essential for hygiene.
