CONS - Offered an upgrade that delayed my check in then they ultimately discouraged me from taking the upgraded room. Why offer an upgrade for an outdated room located in the part of the hotel that has not been renovated and use inaccurate photos for the advertisement.
Hotel room was cleaned after 3pm, disrupting me from getting ready for a concert.
PRO - Hotel staff promptly jumped into action when a fire alarm went off in the hotel hallway.
