I enjoyed the personal touches, ambience the friendliness of staff and the opportunity to select pre breakfast items each morning. The location was quiet and close to shops and short drive to the lake.

Was a very nice room and easy to come and go. However the fire alarm got pulled at 3am on my second last night there and not because of a fire. I then couldn't go back to bed and was super tired for my meetings the next day.

An unforgettable stay for my birthday! This is my first time with the Fairmont Gold, I wasn't disappointed. We had a warm welcome, a bottle of champagne delivered to the room, an impeccable service. I'll keep only good memories of this weekend

The window air conditioner was loud, blowing directly on the bed and kicked on every 10 minutes to keep up.

Only complaint was air conditioner wasn’t working and we had to call several times until they finally came to fix it.
