Northern Vietnam Kid friendly Vacations

I have been staying here a few days at a time for the past month as I go on adventures for a week at a time and this place is perfect!! The rooms are spotless and the staff is absolutely outstanding!!! When I got out of a taxi the other day after an adventure one of the staff members came running across the street to carry my bag. And they store my extra luggage. I highly recommend this place! I always feel like I’m coming back home! Great choice !!

The Hotel is conveniently located at the where we wanted it to be. The staff went above and beyond their duties. Very friendly and super attentive. They are very well staffed for a small Hotel. We would come back again given the chance. ❤️❤️❤️

The staff is really what makes this property special. They are so kind and helpful. On top of that it’s in a great location and walkable to nearly everything. I would absolutely stay here again no question.

we had a lovely time, the front desk and door staff plus room cleaning people are kind and very happy to help. If we were picky the bar staff downstairs were a little inattentive so rather than waiting at the table to catch their eye we had to go to them. The pool upstairs is cold in February - but it will be lovely in summer. Great place for an evening drink

Great stay at this hotel. Really central to train street and old quarter. The staff were lovely. I also had a foot massage which was great x

Everything was amazing

Hotel was very nice and good location but view was not great and not portrayed in pictures. Breakfast was in a different hotel which was a surprise as I had not read anything about this and breakfast was not fantastic and cooked food on display was cold as well as the coffee

The hotel is in a great location right on the street with the weekend night market and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Housekeeping could have done a better job sweeping the floor and the elevator had a musty smell with a machine blowing a constant scent and could use a spray of daily lysol but no real complaints with the hotel.
