Beautiful view, breakfast was yummy

The upstairs areas are very noisy when walked on

Room was very clean, comfortable and a good size. Lovely balcony overlooking the forest which was quiet, felt private and peaceful.

Training in staff , more effiecient in assistence and communication

We had an awesome stay thank you. Nice and clean rooms and the staff were very helpful. Facilities were awesome (except for the bees around the pools, there were a couple of stings) Maybe a few extra things in the kitchen would be helpful - oven gloves, more than 1 oven tray, cheese knives?

Friendly staff, room clean excellent position

Absolutely everything. All staff very helpful and professional. I would recommend this hotel to everyone. Shuttle service with Felix excellent too.

Staff, could do with better air flow

Jacuzzi bath was a nice touch, room was clean and quiet

We loved this hotel, the kindness of the staff, cleanliness and deliciousness of the food were all factors in our lovely stay! The only thing is our room AC was blowing hot air. Otherwirse our stay would have been perfect
