Western Switzerland Kid friendly Vacations

It would be nice to have a bigger fridge. There was no coffee maker and not enough garbage cans. (They were tiny). The steam room was not working and the pool gone. (Under renovation). The restaurant had limited selection and no late night options. The room was good but we were next to elevator. The hair dryer plug doesn’t fit in socket and the sink didn’t drain.

You just can’t beat the location of this hotel. Montreux is breathtaking and having the ability to walk out of my room, take an elevator down, walk out the doors and immediately be met with Lake Geneva is absolutely magic. The staff here were so incredibly kind, professional and helpful! Any time I walked by the desk leaving or coming back, I was greeted with a “bonjour” and a smile. I had the panoramic room with my balcony facing the lake and was able to get views of both the city as well as the alps. Every morning I woke up, I felt like I was in a green screen. Just stunning! Housekeeping always came nice and early so everything was turned down by the time I got back after my daily explorations and the room was spotless. The rooftop hot tub and the sauna were also great. I would recommend this hotel to anyone!

Superb breakfast to set you up for a day of sightseeing with a great deal of choice. The hotel is conveniently situated close to all amenities like cafes restaurants bars and supermarkets. Our bathroom had newly been refurbished.

This is a very nice hotel and was a great choice for our family trip. We had two rooms and asked for early check-in, and they kindly gave us our rooms at 12 PM, which we really appreciated. We arrived earlier at 7:00 AM to drop off our luggage after a long trip, but unfortunately not even a glass of water or a coffee was offered, which would have been a very nice gesture after long travels. The rooms are lovely and the location is perfect. The food at the hotel is good. However, the staff at the restaurant were not very pleasant or accommodating, which was disappointing. The beds and towels are excellent, and the spa is excellent as well. Overall, despite a few service issues, this is a very nice hotel and I would stay here again.

Nice hotel at perfect location, 10 minutes bus ride to the airport terminals, major mall (Balexert) across the street from the hotel, providing many choices for food and shopping. Friendly and helpful staffs.
