Northern Switzerland Kid friendly Vacations

The hotel and front staff were very good. The room was nice and had all the amenities needed. The front desk was friendly and called us when our food arrived. The only bad experience was the asian lady at the restaurant. We were going to check the menu when she ran to us and told us to stop that it was a restaurant which I told her yes we know, we want to see the menu. We were planning on eating there but when she showed us the menu she walked away and spoke to another staff about us thinking we didn't understand the language. She had zero customer service.

Beautiful hotel that is centrally located to all of old town Zurich and a very short walk to the train station. The rooms are immaculate and spacious, and the breakfast was delicious! The staff was very friendly and quick to help with any questions or needs. I would love to stay again.

Very comfortable rooms and courteous staff. Had a very long overnight trip from US & arrived in the early am to Zurich. Checked us in early so we could shower and rest a bit, before exploring. Excellent location. Would definitely stay here again!!

This hotel is close to the Kloten Balsberg train station. 10 min walk from the train station. Similar distance from the tram station as well. The property is well maintained. The airport shuttle was quite convenient. You need to pre-book it.

Got a great deal via Expedia for this hotel and it had an amazing view of the lake. I got breakfast as part of my booking and is the best combination because of the location it will be harder to get breakfast and enjoy it on site. The hotel also had free bike you can borrow with helmet. The hotel is less than 10 min away from the tram. Right across from the hotel you can enjoy water fountain to refill spring water and there is another one at the tram station. Breakfast options has a wide variety and really fresh. In the main lobby there is free Apple and they provide two bottles of water every day. Staff are very friendly in general and of course there is always the one off. Due to the heat wave I barely felt any AC but able to get two fan for my room. I had an amazing experience in this location and highly recommend.

The overall experience has been very good. The room was fairly small compared to hotels in North America but I guess that is understandable given real estate value in Switzerland. However, I would definitely recommend the hotel.
