Tokyo Prefecture Kid friendly Vacations

Overall, it's an ok room, we didn't pay for anything big or nice, so the room was what we payed for. It was a decent size room, since all hotels in Japan have pretty small rooms, it was decently clean, but it did smell a little weird at first. Other than that, when we first arrived, the front desk staff right away told us if we're checking in or out, to do it in the computer and follow the steps, which was pretty simple, but didn't really have an interaction with the staff (which is nice). They changed the towels daily and provide new items for the shower, unless you have a DND sign, they will go into your room for that, so be mindful of this, especially if you want to sleep in. The hotel is located in a decent area as well, fairly close to most everything, so it's nice.

The rooms were a good size. The reception and concierge were very polite and helpful. It was a pleasure to pass through reception, everyone was happy and professional. A great place to stay with easy access to trains, shopping and food.

Staffs are helpful. Services are excellent and bed sheets are cotton white which made us felt very comfortable

Good location close to Tokyo station by walking or subway. The room was spacious and clean. The staff was helpful. The breakfast was good.

Internet Is Very bad, too slow
