Viken Kid friendly Vacations

The staff were very nice, good breakfast and much nicer room than I thought it would be. I would stay at this hotel again!

Good restaurants nearby and supermarket. Bed was very soft. Well equipped kitchen some cups were chipped. Some noise from bin area in middle of the night.

No front desk which can be challenging for immediate needs. Beautiful space and location.

Clean and tidy room. Good location for a layover, served by shuttle bus from airport.

This is a beautiful hotel that I have had the opportunity to visit in the past. We stayed 4 nights this time and have enjoyed the quiet beauty of the hotel and surrounding area.

Outstanding hotel. The dinning options were excellent for someone who eats gluten free.

Clean and spacious room, plenty of bathrooms, cute food preparation place with plates and cutlery (microwave but no oven), staff were nice :)

This was an odd property, more like a hostile or a room rental in a person's home than a hotel, but it served my needs, it was clean, safe, and was conveniently located for being far from Oslo (only a 10 minute direct train to downtown). My only issue was that I didn't receive any the check-in instructions with the key box code prior to my arrival; the issue was addressed quickly, but I had to make an international call (since I live in the US) to resolve it. I would consider staying here again.

The towels we got were dirty and stained. We could not use them. We took pictures and went to the reception to get new towels. The gentleman refused to give us towels as he wanted proof that the towels were not cleaned by their cleaning contractors. This shocked me. I gave them the original towels and finally got fresh towels.
