意外にも着く前から段々近づいてくると公園のそばでオランダの5月らしい気持ちの良い緑に囲まれたホテルです。トラムでアムステルダム中央駅から20分強とアクセスも良く、必ずまたアムステルダムにはこのホテルに宿泊しようと思います。

AC was not working properly even though I informed them multiple times. No staff to serve at the bar during my whole stay. I checked out one day earlier than my planned stay and they refused to refund the remaining day but I checked out anyway and moved to a nearby hotel.

ホテルのスタッフの方に大変お世話になりました。予約のバスタブ付きの部屋が用意されておらず、少し待たされましたが案内していただけました。ラウンジが使える予約でしたが、ラウンジの案内がありませんでした。 連泊でしたが、洗濯機がなく不便でした。

Hotel excelente, localização perfeita, mas o serviço de café da manhã é ruim, demoram muito a atender e é a la carte, é muito mais pratico se deixarem tudo disponível.

We stayed at The Noblemen from Thursday, 23 July, to Sunday, 26 July, in the Louys and Hendrick Trip Signature Room. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. The room was beautiful, and the bed was comfortable, although we found the pillows too large and firm for our preference. As our room faced the canal, there was also quite a lot of outside noise, and the soundproofing could have been better. We ended up buying earplugs to ensure a good night’s sleep. We follow a plant-based and gluten-free diet, so the breakfast selection was somewhat limited. The portions also felt a little small for two people. The staff were consistently friendly, welcoming and service-minded, and they did their best to accommodate our dietary requirements. Before our arrival, I mentioned that my husband would be celebrating his 60th birthday during our stay and asked whether they might be able to make the breakfast that morning a little special. I received a very kind reply saying they would see what they could arrange. Unfortunately, nothing special was provided, which was a little disappointing. A highlight of our stay was the private spa in the basement. When booked, you have the entire spa area to yourself, which made the experience feel peaceful and exclusive. We enjoyed the sauna, Turkish hammam, multi-jet shower & bathtub. It was a relaxing experience that we recommend. Despite a few areas that could be improved, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the unique atmosphere of the hotel.

Sebastian at the reception was very caring and tried his best to solve our problems. People in the same situation should be aware of this, but we are very grateful to him. We came by car. There is a street parking system near the hotel, but it is quite expensive. Sebastian looked up a cheaper parking option for us. It was about 10 minutes away from the hotel by public transport, but he kindly explained in detail how to get back. There are a few steps at the entrance of the hotel, and the room we booked had no elevator, so we had to use the stairs. It was hard with a baby, a stroller, and two suitcases. However, Sebastian helped us every time, and he even checked with their sister hotel to see if there was a room with an elevator available. We were not used to European hotel conditions and had not researched enough beforehand. Even so, we truly appreciated Sebastian’s kind and humorous support

This is a fully unmanned hotel. If any issues arise, communication is only possible via WhatsApp, and immediate assistance is not available. During my stay, there was a sewage-like odor, a broken air conditioner, and a clogged kitchen sink. The explanation regarding the cancellation and refund was inconsistent.
