部屋が広くて綺麗で　快適でした 朝食も種類が豊富で　とても美味しく　大満足です アクセスも便利で　また泊まりたいです

The room was not cleaned on the fourth day of our stay. When we found that out as we returned to the room at 6 pm and claimed it to the receptionist, he said if we hang the do not disturb sign and we said no, and he said all the staff is gone by 4:30pm and they can’t do anything. That is not our problem nor our concern whether they let the staff go by 4:30 without doing their job, but he made it look as if it were our fault. It was very unpleasant.

全てにおいて完璧に近いです。チェックイン時刻が不確定でしたが、その確認,返答のメールも丁寧な対応で安心できました。

リバービュールームにて眺めは最高でした。 室内も広く快適、バスルームのシャワーの湯量も十分。ドライヤーも強力ですぐ乾きました。ルームキーを使用してのエレベーター利用にてセキュリティも良かったです。 ただ一つ残念なのはホテルの外が毎晩23時〜24時に爆音音楽でうるさくなったこと(ホテルの責任ではないでしょうが…)。
