This hotel is an excellent value: free glass of wine every night, apartment style w/washer dryer, amazing full breakfast included, late night snacks, excellent location. Will stay here every time we visit Melbourne!

Staff were not helpful at all once 11.30pm hit and we needed to check in. They just totally disregarded the fact we paid for the hotel and wouldn’t check us in. It was disgraceful and disrespectful. Will not be staying there again. Plus didn’t receive refund from the hotel. 0/10 STARS
