Loved everything about the hotel! We had a room with a view of the golf course. Had breakfast every morning at the course it was really good!! I'd definitely stay there again

We loves our stay. However, this is def not a 5 star restaurant. As I have stated, I have stayed at a 5 star before and this hotel is not. My main reason being is because of cleanliness. As soon as we walked in, I noticed what had looked like something was spilled on the floor,. Then when we went in the room, I noticed the floors were dirty. Also, the shower had mold and the bathroom floor had a layer of dirty and crud in it that needed to be clean.
When asked how my stay was, I told them the desk that it was “ok.”
I was asked why it was only okay and I let them know that standards of cleanliness did not meet a 5 star rating. I could tell the man at the desk was not happy w me,
