Very pleasant experience!

Not the standard for a 1 Hotel property. I came in late and the fire alarm was falsely going off the entire time. No courtesy call and no zero attempt to accommodate the guests. The rooms need some work. Felt dingy and could use some serious touch ups and repairs. Just didn’t feel like the others.

The staff is super friendly and accommodating. The hotel is located right in front of the famous L’industrie Pizza and down the street is Little Italy with many great restaurants. There famous caffe Paradiso is only a 7 min walk and a 5 min walk to Leons bagels! The hotel provided a free water dispenser down in their lobby as well as free coffee and teas. They also provide free yummy croissants in the mornings. I would definitely stay here again.

Location was fantastic. It is always my favorite place to stay!

Enjoyed my stay here. Very clean, quiet (for NYC) and spacious. Will definitely stay again. Staff was very helpful and polite.

Only thing was out safe in room 1508 which was not working

The breakfast buffet was huge, it had 15 hot items plus fruit and cereal. The location was nice because of how close it was to transit. I think a resort fee for this property is a little extreme, give that fee covered use of a “business center” (1 computer and a printer) and the gym (which was the same as any other hotel gym)
