The beds were comfy, staff was outstanding, and it was far enough away from the busy parts of the city and yet comfortably close enough to everything!

This hotel was impeccable! The helpful, friendly staff, the cleanliness of the room, the location and ease of access, and the outstanding view all made this the perfect place to experience our first time in NYC!

This was our first time in NYC and we loved it from the moment we arrived in Little Italy and our hotel. We loved the view, and with the holiday lights still up it was very festive. The room was modern, attractive, and very comfortable. We plan to return!

Overall good location. Room was small and dated. Elevators were always busy. Friendly staff

Everything was top notch!! We were well taken care of by everyone. Kerwin had exceptional customer service skills! We will be back.

Very beautiful hotel! Great staff! Awesome location! About a 5 minute walk to shops and eateries. Our flight arrived early, so they were able to hold our luggages. We ate breakfast at a restaurant nearby and went back to the hotel to wait in the lobby. The concierge noticed three of us asleep, so she did her best to get us a room as soon as possible. The wraparound room we had was amazing! The views were thee best! We noticed that we didn't have bedding for the sofa bed and needed one more set of towels, but the housekeepers were very quick to get it to us. There were only two elevators, but didn't have to wait long at all. Would highly recommend. A+ 10/10
