Nice place and nice location. Not the best condition, beach is usually dirty and no stuff walking around to clean.

Recently returned from 6 days at the Atlantis. (Family of 3- 2 adults and 1 child (12)) We had an amazing experience! We stayed at The Cove and opted for the club level- which was well worth it for us! (Note- the club lounge does not allow kids under 12- staff is strict about this policy) Club includes a full breakfast in the morning and small bites after. Later there is a happy hour and a dessert bar. This helped us not always go out. (However, the club concierge was great!) The room was spacious for 3 of us. The view from the room was amazing! Apparently there was construction on a pool and some balconies during our stay- both of which we could see from our room- but we could barely hear anything. The Cove was conveniently located. We walked to dolphin cove, the water park, and most of the other hotels. Otherwise- there was a shuttle every few minutes. Everyone we encountered was beyond friendly. We’ll definitely be back!

I am at room 14-574--we have to tell you we are very dissapointed--we came here thinking we would have no issues on the 3rd of July--as soon as we got here the regular elevator in the west wing was down, then the power went out. We had to use the service elevator stuffed like sardines. We could not get to our room. When we tried to order food by the pool, there was only 1 person working the pool area...just 1...took us over 90 min to get food from them. How do you have 1 person working the entire pool??--My kids needed to nap and take a shower. This was not possible until much later. Then when we did change and try and go out to eat, everything was closing and could not get any food. We had to eat at shake shack. Then when we finally went upstairs the tv did not work in our room. We called downstairs and they said they were working on it. The following day almost 24 hours later they still did not fix the tv. I had to call service again and finally they fixed it...almost 24 hours later. The 1 jecuzzi you have we went to use it and its broken and cold water. It does not work. These things are the bare minimum of stuff that should be working without any issues. I am demanding a partial credit for this at the very least. I am not very happy--please rectify the situation.d

Although the staff was very nice, we were not very happy with the rooms. The decor was nice and the kitchen had everything needed but… Our first room was not cleaned well. The bathroom grout was dirty and the carpet sticky. We moved to another room and although that one was very clean there was an issue with the air conditioning. The room was always very humid. Our clothes felt humid all the time. As soon as you opened the door you could feel the humidity smell. Although they came to check on the AC it was never really fixed. Also the noise every time the AC turned on sounded like an airplane taking off. It was so loud and the unit was inside the bedroom, it would wake you up multiple times during the night. Regarding transportation around the other properties, in the most part there were buses coming every 10-15 minutes which was fine, but one time we had to wait at the royal for 30 minutes waiting for a bus. Everything there is very expensive, specially water!! One bottle is $12 USD. The other properties were nice but be prepared to walk very long distances. To go to the the beach you have to walk a very long distance. The food at the fish by jose Andre’s restaurant was delicious as well as the su day brunch at the buffet

Room was clean, staff was excellent and although there is just one restaurant on the property, the food and food choices were excellent. It felt like we were on our own private beach. The infinity pool was very nice as well as the bar/ food at the pool. This will always be the first choice when visiting Bahamas. I also got a spa treatment while there and that too was excellent. Just keep in mind that it is not an all inclusive resort so you will pay for everything separately.
