I really loved this hotel. It's charming, clean & comfortable, the staff were super friendly, it's in a great location on a quiet street, and very affordable, considering it's in central Amsterdam. Highly recommend.

The hotel was very clean and kept up. The staff was amazing! We were tired after a long flight and they let us check in early and upgraded our room. They went above and beyond! It’s also a short walk from a bus stop that went to and from the airport which was really convenient.

First member of staff who checked us in was pretty bad to be honest. They came across as if they really didn’t want to be there. I compared their attitude to the other staff and it was miles apart. Other staff where lovely and very good. Never found the swimming pool or spa area which was a shame as I wanted to use it
