8.8/10 Excellent! (1,003 reviews)
This place is a dump! Should be ranked 2 stars not 4. Will was the only nice/helpful staff member. The carpets were disgusting, the shower was tiny, the maids closet was right outside our room however, they couldn’t manage to clean it very well. Both elevators broke while we were there with our baby and luggage. We had an early flight out and no one would answer the phone for the service elevator until we went downstairs to get someone to help. Definitely not worth the money, unless someone paid us to stay. Would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

9.2/10 Wonderful! (2,729 reviews)
Overall would not stay here again for three main reasons. One, both Expedia and the hotel failed to notify me that there was an additional $80 PER NIGHT at check in. Expedia sent me my invoice at booking that said there was only a $80 fee at check in. Not stated PER NIGHT anywhere. Yes this was a refundable fee, but it was never stated ahead of time and it was a shock to pay an additional $320 ($80 x 4 nights) at check in.
Two, check in was with a seemingly polite worker however she didn’t say she was charging me the $320 until my card refused to approve the charge. She simply requested a card on file like any hotel, but tapped it to the card reader herself without my permission. I have my card locked and when she finally told me what she was doing and what the charge was I was shocked and immediately contacted Expedia to confirm what was going on. The withholding of information and how she was charging my card without my knowledge or permission was unacceptable.
Third, the room was fairly clean however there were multiple strands of hair on the pillows, bedsheets, under the bedsheets, and in the bathrooms and towels. I’ve stayed in cheaper hotels that were much cleaner.
Again, overall would never stay here again.
