Our room was delightful as were all the common areas. The bartender was super friendly, and the front desk staff and housekeeping were very helpful. My husband left his prescription eyeglasses in our room, and the staff ensured that they were shipped home promptly. We definitely look forward to staying at this lovely hotel again in the future!

The room was beautiful. We even got an upgrade! The bed was the most comfortable of the whole trip. The air conditioner worked wonderfully the room. Service pizza was terrible but everything else was amazing

The rooms were clean and the beds were big and fairly ok. However, the service is short if 5 stars, our first room was right next to a lift so we woke up multiple times throughout the night. After speaking to reception we moved to a different room which was positioned as an “upgrade”. It wasn’t next to the lift which was good, but the windows were old so you could hear the traffic. Apart from cleanliness which is a fundamental requirement from a hotel and the convenient location, I can’t really praise this place, it’s dated, the spa and pool were closed and they REQUESTED £150 DEPOSIT, which I was not notified of before booking. It was average and definitely not 5 stars.
