My room at Yavapai Lodge was worn, smelly, and depressing, with few amenities, huge tears in the curtains, a noisy heater/cooler fan, and a noisy mini refrigerator that ran but didn’t keep beverages cold. I had to turn both the fridge and the heater off so that I could sleep.

All staff snd good service was courteous friendly and willing to assist at any point we had questions. Highly recommend El Tovar to anyone desiring a laid back old time Grand Canyon experience. The view and walking is right ou the front door. Well done El Tovar
