Great room and breakfast. Easy location

Staff was always very helpful. They made sure we had umbrellas before we went out. A very good call. Hotel is centrally located and around the block from highly acclaimed restaurants. Also next to a beautiful outdoor plaza that provided great selections of food and drinks.

Room was clean, staff is friendly.

Excellent property. Clean, quiet, comfortable bed. The breakfast was amazing with a sufficient varieté of choices.

centrally located, friendly and helpful staff

I had a great time at BW Hotel Royal. The lady at the reception desk was very kind and nice. My room was in a section of the hotel dating back to the 17th century - not something I would have imagined looking at the hotel from the outside. That was excellent! Breakfast was very good (a bit short on pastries but the rest was great). Only downside is that I could hear folks in the hallway, all the cracks and noises partly due to that section of the building being a few centuries old... The hotel is also very centrally located, a few minutes away from the railway station and by a nice canal. Outstading stay overall. Would definitely recommend.
