Clean room. Very nice view on the ocean front. Pool was great. Staff could use some smiles. And beware of the $80/day deposit that no one mentions til you get here.

The new key card bracelets worked poorly. Our room was only cleaned once. There were no books or pamphlets on how to order room service, and what the hotel amenities are, It was only once we called down to the main desk were we told we had to go to a special tv channel and scan a QR code.

Our room was very very clean and it smelled so good.
Housekeeping even left us some treats.
From valet, check in, concierge, lifeguards, servers, chefs, check out, etc. were kind, courteous, respectful and loveable.
