We stayed in one of the feature rooms which was beautiful and spacious, as described. The property was beautiful and the spa facilities were a nice feature. The staff was friendly and helpful. They ordered us a taxi for the following morning which took us to Gatwick Airport, only 20 minutes away. Highly recommend if you are looking for a quiet, classy stay near the airport. The food at the restaurant was also delicious. Make a reservation if you plan on dining for supper. Thanks!

Room was very comfortable but air con totally inadequate. Water from taps and showers dangerously hot. Lounges comfortable.

Nice experience overall but extremely disappointed that though we called ahead to mention that we were celebrating our 1st wedding anniversary, nothing at all was done to make the experience any more special. If you're booking for a special occasion, you may wish to look elsewhere, sadly!
