Staff are very helpful and courteous. Hotel is nearby upscale shopping mall with fantastic restaurants options.
The front desk staff were very helpful accommodating special requests and went beyond to help me. The lobby staff were very kind to letting me know when my transportation arrived avoiding me to wait outside of the hotel for the arrival of the ride share pickup. Awesome staff all around. Mr Darius particularly was an outstanding service representative that really went above and beyond.

We only stayed 2 days, but we enjoyed the breakfast buffet and the (in-room) dining options. The hotel was not expensive, but still had a posh feeling. It is also within walking distance to the Mall of Asia. The only detractor was the construction project on the adjacent block though we never heard much noise.
