Amazing views from the balcony of the resort and the ocean. The room was clean and just what we needed. We traveled with a toddler and the resort was perfect. If you’re a couple or a family, very pleasant stay. Excellent staff. Wonderful vacation.

Great beachfront location in full view of Diamond Head. The Sheraton is the perfect location on Waikiki Beach to stay. It’s conveniently located close to arguably some of the best and most popular restaurants ala Duke’s, Hula Grill and Monkey Pod . It is also adjacent to an upscale mall that has a good food court as well as our favorite Island Vintage Coffee and other good coffee shops. Having two pool areas, one of which is for adults only was really nice. The infinity beach front pool was an awesome amenity. Highly recommend this hotel.

Front receptionist and faculty are well
Maintained and clean. Our housekeeper (Ben) was excellent and went above and beyond in giving us suggestion about fireworks on Friday and places to go. He even helped us get beach chairs so we can have it for the beach.

Be aware it’s loud. You can hear the cars/motorcycles outside all night and people upstairs…just noise from everywhere. I didn’t sleep at all. It seemed clean enough, but no extra amenities like lotion or separate face soap. $50/day for parking.
