Marne-la-Vallee Kid friendly Vacations

This hotel was amazing. The staff were friendly and attentive. The lobby was beautiful and had plenty of spaces to sit and relax in the quiet atmosphere. Even though the parking was an extra charge, it made all the difference knowing I could park my vehicle safely and securely. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. We had a family of four people staying in the room and it kept us very happy. Everyone had their own personal space if needed. Would highly recommend this hotel property. Had an excellent experience checking in with the receptionist on 23 April 2026 at approximately 1800.

Very convenient for visiting Disney. The fridge and bathtub didn’t work very well. Helpful staff with excellent English.

Family friendly hotel and close location to Disneyland and the outlet

We stayed here for the days we were going to Disneyland Paris and it was wonderful. Loved that Val D'Europe mall was right across the street with a large Auchan (large supermarket). We were able to get snacks, water and lunch before heading to Disneyland and saving us money from having to eat out. The RER was just a short 3min walk from the hotel with a great bakery . This meant I could just head back to the hotel whenever I wanted without having to wait for shuttle (although the hotel does provide one free of charge). It

Deluxe room was nice and access to the D lounge was the way to go for 2 meals a day included , the food is very repetitive unfortunately and lacks variety. Pastries were very nice , Staff in d lounge could be more attentive

Late check in was easy and the staff was helpful. The room was big enough for 2 kids and 3 adults. 1 minute walk from the train station that gets you to Disney land which is 1 stop. Bad bits: No plug outlet next to a mirror The provided hair dryer wasn’t the best The air-con did not work and when we spoke to them, they said they would send a technician but that never happened. Plug socket for the kettle in the kitchen was on the wall by the floor. Apart from that the room was good for what we wanted it for over 2 nights and 3 days.
