From the moment we arrived until the day we left, our stay was absolutely exceptional. The hotel was beautiful, impeccably clean, and offered everything we needed for a relaxing and memorable vacation. What truly made our experience unforgettable was the incredible staff. Every single person we encountered was warm, welcoming, professional, and genuinely committed to making our stay as enjoyable as possible. Their kindness, attention to detail, and willingness to go above and beyond did not go unnoticed. The rooms were spotless and comfortable, the amenities were excellent, and every part of the property was well maintained. It was clear that everyone takes great pride in providing outstanding hospitality. Thank you to the entire team for making us feel so welcome and cared for. We left with wonderful memories and can't wait to return. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for exceptional service, comfort, and a truly first-class experience. Clean room. Didn’t like that you couldn’t use the spa pool without paying for it, and the fact that you had to book a massage 3 days in advance. Food was okay, was the same food everyday so if you didn’t like it you didn’t get a chance for anything new.

Severe health and hygiene issues - confirmed bedbugs. We experienced a severe hygiene issue during our stay at this property. Within the first 48 hours, my husband began developing severe bite marks. We notified the front desk immediately to request a deep clean and fresh bedding, but the issue was dismissed as local outdoor bug bites. Despite thoroughly checking the room initially and finding nothing, we later discovered a dead bedbug under the covers. We have photographic documentation of both the insect and the daily bite patterns. Other guests have noted similar experiences in past reviews. Travelers should exercise caution when booking this location.

Great staff. Friendly and helpful. Breakfast is impressive. Combined with the good location near restaurants and the lake it is highly recommended.
