I started to notice that my sheets were not being changed toward the end of my trip, and the rooms were not very well ventilated/stuffy

Room was very nice, although it felt like the living area and/or bedroom could have benefited from a little more storage. Bathroom was really hot but nicely appointed. Breakfast is outstanding as long as you get there early enough to avoid sitting in one of the back rooms. Servers don’t make it back there very often. It’s amazingly quiet in the rooms - even those facing the Main Street. We were there for New Years And barely heard any noise from fireworks.

The positives: The property is conveniently located next to the main train station and is within 10 minute walking to Karlsplatz and Marienplatz. The rooms are clean but basic. The breakfast is very good. The negatives: I don’t think that this is a 4 star hotel. It does not have a pool, a spa, a gym, or any of the typical amenities you expect in a 4 star hotel. The location of the hotel is in the red-light district. There are strip clubs within a block. I saw 2 separate police arrests and 1 fight, and many beggars on the street on which the hotel is. We did not enjoy this aspect of it. We did not feel safe walking on the street in the evening. You have to walk for 5 minutes out of the area before things change dramatically. The staff friendliness was hit and miss. Some were nice but most were very cold and not helpful. Parking is in a nearby facility and they have a deal with it. However, they don’t tell you about it even if you ask. You need to know to ask for the specific plastic card that gets you access. Conclusion: While the location is convenient, the negatives take away from the experience. I would not come back.

First thing…you get what you pay for. This is definitely a 3 star hotel. The amenities highlighted in the as for the hotel says it has onsite parking. While true they do, but apparently it’s a first come first serve basis. Therefore, we did not get onsite parking. We tried to ask the receptionist where to park. She was not helpful in this area. The graves she gave me were a 15-25 minute walk from the property. The Ming bed is 2 twins put together. Cleanliness and upkeep for the hotel are a 3 star quality. The breakfast was decent. If I were asked if I recommended this hotel, I’d say if you want a mediocre hotel then this is your spot. Other than that no.
