A/C does do not work in some rooms. The internet only woks occasionally. Rooms are OK in size but old furniture, especially mattresses.
The only good thing is it is reasonably close to the riverside area - 2 blocks away. The pool on the roof is about 1m deep and useless unless you are a child.
Sometimes the staff are not helpful at all for example they took the modem from the floor I am staying in, and I have come down to main foyer to use (currently I am in the foyer). The hotel might have been good 25 years ago! Currently I rate it as poor. The only good thing is the prices are reasonable and the small hot water unit's actually work.
