The hotel was immaculately clean, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast caters for all palates. The room was clean and offers great views of the Petronas Towers (if you are lucky enough to get that side). The pool was clean. The restaurant on the 15-floor served great food.

The hotel was good overall, but it needs renovation as it feels quite old. Also, the TV in the room was broken. With some updates and better maintenance, the overall experience would be much better.

The property is nice and clean with well furnished rooms and close to mall. Two suggestions one is that the receptionist need to be more friendly. For example explain to the customers the amenities and the services that are offered by the hotel and the near by attractions. The second is that after 5 pm it is way too loud in the lobby like you can't hear if you are calling someone or if you want to request something from the concierge.
Other than that it is good
