Room was spotless. Staff were very friendly and generous with vouchers when there was a bit of a room mix up.

The room is not in great condition, not look like a 5 star

Updated room but the beds were tough. The bathroom poorly thought out with the towels stored outside the bathroom and the matt for when you get out of the shower didnt fit under the shower door

Location to beach and restaurants was fantastic. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was generally good. Ocean view was more a glimpse between buildings Outdoor pool was small and crowded. Lifts were generally out of order or extremely slow to arrive. Putt putt was a fun free activity Gym was extremely hot with the indoor pool next to it. Location outweighs the hotel faults - we used the beach rather than the pool :)

Spotty service (large resort) Rooms were a little awkward Breakfast was good Communication of activities and services poor and not on schedule Beach access and views spectacular
