Pretty run down room for the price. The magician guy in the lobby bothers you every time you come by. Bfast package is not worth it imo - buy coffee and food somewhere. Overall, wouldn’t recommend. Looks for another hotel and pay more.

Suite was very tired. A lot of things need upgrading, eg microwave, carpet, furniture.

It was a great stay I can’t say I disliked anything. The breakfast buffet is a little steep in my opinion for what you get but theres plenty of breakfast around the hotel that makes that really a non factor

Beautiful clean hotel with the best customer service we have ever experienced. Every staff person was kind and helpful and went out of their way to assist with everything. The food at the restaurants was delicious and the pool was gorgeous with little touches like complimentary snacks and water. The hotel location was ideal and the views are gorgeous. We would highly recommend and would come back.

Off the beaten path yet good access to both Honolulu and the north shore. Loved the morning breakfast, the suite was perfect for our stay. It was a great base to explore the island. We would return and probably will again.

Odd request to turn off AC everytime we leave the unit..we like to come back from a beach day to a cold place. Pillows were the worst. Great location and close to many restaurants

I had corner unit so I overlooked at Bay great firework show on Friday night from Balcony loud cruisers in evening with blaring music heard all the way up to 16th floor not in properties control, Shopping Ala Moana mall almost attached convenient bridge to walk across with out have to cross streets
