The included breakfast was excellent along with the service all day. We especially loved the staff member who waited on us every morning for breakfast, he always made our morning and made us feel very welcome!

Great property in a perfect location. Construction next door means pool view is getting restricted but still lovely from one side.

Lovely resort, very clean room, my husband enjoyed his massage, great complimentary breakfast, walking down to the beach is difficult due to the very steep road but hey it's Greece and to be expected.

The Cali Mykonos does not deliver for seasoned travelers with high expectations. The private pool is not heated, as stated on the hotel's web site (the front desk texted something about the "environment" when queried about the cold pool). One must summon, then wait, for a cart to go almost anywhere on the property. The markup for a taxi arranged by the hotel is obscene. There is one restaurant with no decoration or ambiance (though a few tables have a side-long view of the ocean). The food was good. The spa treatment was very nice. The hotel manager works hard and tries her best. But the staff is not well trained in providing unobtrusive 5 star service. Finally, the property is so far from town that it takes half an hour to get anywhere. We did enjoy the upgrade from the original "premium sea pool suite" - although the view was in no way "premium" - but again the pool was too cold to fully enjoy.
