Altos de Chavon Village Golf Vacations

Traveled with my wife, 4 and year old kids. They all loved everything about this trip. The hotel exceeded expectations. Overall, food was very good with some mediocre meals sprinkled in, but that’s expected with an all-inclusive. The pools, bars, grounds, staff, activities for kids and adults were superb. The only thing we felt wasn’t worth the cost was the excursion we did but that was in part because I did a poor job negotiating the price. Otherwise, I would return without a second thought. Place is amazing.

Top notch from start to finish. This is our third time at an Majestic Resort in Punta Cana. I want to call out some of the staff that went above and beyond the entire time. First we'd love to thank our butler Leonardo. He took care of everything for us from making our reservations, getting us a streamer, checking in on us multiple times a day, getting our bags to our room, and so much more. Leonardo was so full of energy and made us feel so welcomed. We spent a lot of time at the pool bar and two of the bartenders really went above and beyond. Ismael and Sugely quickly remembered us and remembered our favorite drinks. They were so great and always were smiling. The animation team was amazing as well. They literally are there all day and coming up with really fun activities for everyone to do. Some of the animation team that went above and beyond for us were, Yocasta, Teresa AKA Betty Boo, and Xavier. They were so nice and got us involved so much and made the trip so much fun. We also had the pleasure to interact with Sena in the Kids Club area. He was so welcoming and even taught us some sayings that they use in D.R. that we started using with other staff members and they really enjoyed us knowing the saying. The Majestic overall is so beautiful and all of the staff is so friendly. Truly we will only will ever stay at a Majestic property when traveling to Punta Cana because of how clean the property is, the activities, and how great this staff was and always has been.
