"The property was very well laid out. It is very good for two families with identical setups on the 1st and 2nd floors. The outdoor space is amazing. There are a number of different seating areas and the view over the golf course is great. Laura (property manager) was great. Very communicative and proactive. Very helpful in organizing reservations and making sure that everything was ready for our stay. Giver her a 10/10. There were a few issues;Some of the furniture was run down. Some of the dresser drawers did not operate and were missing handles. The water pressure in the showers is very low. You could only take one shower at a time and have no other water running in the house. Even then it was difficult to wash long hair. The staff was not very attentive. The butler was not proactive in asking what we needed to make our stay better. The cook was grumpy but was able to make some good dishes towards the end with direction. The housekeeper was OK. Cloths came back wrinkled after washing. "

"It was a nightmare. For the first 6 days we did not have hot water and even after the owner changed the boiler, we still did not have enough hot water for 3 people. We arrived and the floor was very dirty. We had to call our own maid to clean it. For the first few days we only had one set of towels and sheets. And in the last few days we discovered a gas leak from the stove so we had to wake up in the middle of the night to make sure the situation was under control. We contacted the owner but he did not care to answer us back and he did not care about our safety. "

"The Villa was perfect for our long weekend getaway! The house is super clean, the beds very confortables and the pillows too!! The Maid super friendly and a very good help for the everyday cleaning as We traveled with kids!!! I am sure will be back again!"

"Beautiful Property, Not a True Luxury Experience At $1,500+ per night, the expectation is a seamless luxury experience. Casa de Campo is visually beautiful, but service and value did not match the price. Check-in required a 25+ minute wait for a “concierge check-in”, while 2 front desk agents remained unoccupied, yet there was no meaningful property overview or proactive assistance. The room was standard at best and consistently humid. We had booked expecting a hot tub, but only select rooms in another section section of the resort have them. Even after a partial adjustment through Expedia, the value was not there. The main pool shows visible wear, and overall upkeep does not reflect a luxury rate. Concierge service lacked initiative. When restaurants were full, we had to prompt alternatives. There was also confusion about what our stay included, despite the high rate, it covered no meals or experiences, only the room and a golf cart. Dining was good overall. Breakfast at Lago stood out thanks to Jael, who delivered the only truly five-star service we experienced. The property and golf course are beautiful, but service precision, clarity, and overall value fall short of true luxury standards. "

The house is very spacious, with multiple areas to relax and spend time—whether by the pool, in the living rooms, the garden, or the indoor patios.The service provided by the staff was warm, attentive, and kind. We bought groceries at a local supermarket and collaborated with them to create a menu, which made the experience even more special.The villa is just a five-minute walk to Las Minitas Beach. It is truly one of the best villas of its size that we have stayed in within this complex."

"The day before my arrival the host apologized and said we had to switch to an inferior villa without a jacuzzi. He said there was a pool leak. The pool was not usable until the the 3rd day of the trip and the jacuzzi heater only worked 3 days and needed service. The kitchen had dirty dishes in the sink from the housekeeper and the dishwasher was out of commission. There were no instructions on how to use the jacuzzi nor was there hot water at the kitchen sink. When my friends arrived the 2nd day they were sent to the wrong house by the registration desk. The pots and pans were ancient and some of the cabinet doors would not stay closed."
