"Stayed here for my bachelorette with 10 of my closest friends. The house was extremely clean and exactly as described. The staff was awesome and cooked delicious meals / shopped for us ahead of time. Picked this property due to Ruth’s amazing responsiveness and she really went above and beyond helping make some last minute reservations for us! Extremely fairly priced as well. "It was a nightmare. For the first 6 days we did not have hot water and even after the owner changed the boiler, we still did not have enough hot water for 3 people. We arrived and the floor was very dirty. We had to call our own maid to clean it. For the first few days we only had one set of towels and sheets. And in the last few days we discovered a gas leak from the stove so we had to wake up in the middle of the night to make sure the situation was under control. We contacted the owner but he did not care to answer us back and he did not care about our safety. "

We bought groceries at a local supermarket and collaborated with them to create a menu, which made the experience even more special.The villa is just a five-minute walk to Las Minitas Beach. It is truly one of the best villas of its size that we have stayed in within this complex."
