Staff is amazing, valet is fantastic, looking forward to breakfast tomorrow.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The soaking tub is great, and one of the main reasons I booked a room here. I will say having a 4pm check in time is rather annoying. We arrived in Seattle around 12:30, and were told they would text us when our room was ready. We killed a few hours downtown, and returned at 3:30. We still had not received a text, but the front desk said our room was ready. Got to our room and it was one with only a shower (not tub as clearly stated in room description). The manager, Heather, was great and we were able to change rooms to one with a tub. The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. I’m not sure I would stay here again just due to late check in and initially not receiving a room I had booked. It kind of put a damper on our anniversary stay, but I’m grateful for the manager who helped us

The staff were all so friendly I will literally never stay anywhere else is Seattle again :)

Conveniently located to the Climate Pledge Arena, restaurants and markets in all within walking distance. Dept that handles hotel messages need improvement. Hotel staff at check in were amazing. Rooms are decent but bathrooms have been renovated. The parking garage is underground and at check in time, the garage was packed. Spaces are tight. There’s an attendant at the bottom that assisted with parking which was nice. Price of room very fair given the location. Would stay there again but will upgrade room.
