Very pleasant surprise for a very good price. Lovely hotel with all that you need. Our view from the 13th floor was amazing. Great gym for workouts. Unfortunately the pool and spa were out of action, so can't rate on that. Also has a tennis court. Paid for parking, but very convenient. With both room and parking still a great price. Easy access to everything in Takapuna beach. Could easily walk everywhere. Beautiful place to explore.

"We found upwards of 5 cockroaches in our room. The kettle would boil but not switch off, the cooktop did not work, there was no plug for the kitchen sink for dishes and we requested a portacot which came with no lining or base so could not be used for our baby."
