first of all, the valet is too expensive, the one that told us about how much was the valet was rude. there's no microwave or coffee counter in our room, the AC took forever to work and the arrangement of the bed is not good coz the air from the AC is not rotating in the whole room, it's only on the wall. I was not happy at all.

Rooms were clean with zero basic amenities. I don’t find a logic/reason behind not keeping either a coffee machine, or a kettle, or microwave. We had to waste the food just because we couldn’t heat it up as there are no microwave in the room, nor anywhere in the property. Felt weird to see, room without basic stuff.

En esta ocasión el hotel no estuvo bien. El servicio de ama de llaves fatal , 1 dia no nos hicieron el cuarto en todo el dia.
La calidad de alimentos bastante mala
La mitad del piso del casino estaba en remodemacion.
