Very clean and well laid out room. Very comfortable bed. Appreciated the kitchenette although the hob would not turn on when frying pan was on it. Only when large pot was. Staff were professional, pleasant and helpful. Easy check out. Would stay here again.

$500 for a 160sq ft room is an overkill IMO. Has no proper amenities, no pool, breakfast not included in that price, no views. Not sure what's the high prices about for all the hotels in Rotterdam! Saving grace was the location as everything was walking distance.

Very nice hotel but breakfast on a Sunday was hectic and waited over an hour for our breakfast.

Staff were fantastic. We really enjoyed the kitchenette facility with a shared fridge, microwave and coffee and tea. Everything was clean and felt well taken care of. We did find the pillows to be a bit small and lumpy (there were only 2 pillows on a queen size bed) and the shower does make the whole bathroom floor wet - thankfully they staff are happy to refresh your towels daily and they do have a towel warmer if you want to dry them faster yourself. There are quite a few stairs and the front door is quite heavy, so this hotel probably is not suitable for those with limited mobility.
