Far North Central Golf Vacations

We stayed the Thursday before the holiday & everything was fabulous. Came back Sunday to stay a couple more days & everything was just really bad. On Sunday, no one to greet us to take the car (waited 10 minutes). No bell person to take our bags (never came in the 10 minutes they took the car) so my husband wheeled all of them to the front desk. Reserved a corner river-view room. We were early for check-in. After waiting an hour & half, we asked for ANY room as my husband wasn't feeling well & really just wanted to lie down. They did provide a downgraded room on the request. So an hour after supposed check in- the room we reserved still was not ready. The water was turned off once during our visit (correct, NO water). At one point there was no hot water & my husband got a cold shower. Room service didn't answer on two occasions & the front desk took our order once & the other time told us to call back (there was no answer). We were surprised that you could only order brunch at the bar until 3PM when the actual bar menu came out. Made no sense. I will say the restaurant was amazing. Food was fabulous (had the brisket & was awesome), wait staff were always friendly, fast, & on point. We had stayed here before and it was perfect. This time, they just didn't deliver. I know it was a holiday weekend & they were probably booked solid but they are a premier hotel with premium prices.

What an amazing experience! From the time the valet opened the door for us, helped unload our baggage, bring it to our rooms then the front desk staff upgrading and allowing us an early check in! We had such a great stay, and will definitely be back again soon!! Such a beautiful hotel and the best staff we have encountered in a while at a hotel! 20/10! ☺️ Shout out to Adam in valet and Patrick the valet/bell hop! Extremely professional and so nice! 👍
