「I had a big complaint, one night a had a broking window on my truck and nobody help me plus they never went to my room and told me that I had a broking window i knew when I was leaving😡that is so sad from your behalf, you need to have better security on your property I hope that can resolved the problem need to be gated all the hotel not only for few cars need to take care to the people that book in your property keep better service!!!!」

「Hotel room was clean, workers were nice, good location. The lobby area AC was too cold and I couldn’t hang out at the lobby lounge. 」

「El hotel esta muy en una excelente ubicación, muy cercano a tiendas y parques de diversión. En general muy limpio, el desayuno no está mal pero pudiera ser mejor. Lo único que haría notar fue la atencion de la recepcionista qué no fue grosera pero su actitud no ofrecía que nos sitieramos bienvenidos al lugar.」

「1ヶ月滞在しました。非常に過ごしやすく、サンアントニオでの仕事が非常に捗りました。 【ネガティブな点】 問題点はトイレが一度では流れないことです。まず1度では流れません。 朝食は時間帯によっては補充が不十分な時がありました。 コインランドリー(4ドルで洗濯、4ドルで乾燥)は全く期待できません。乾燥が全くできておらず、最終的に部屋のドライヤーで乾かしました。 【過ごしやすさ】 広く、静かで、快適かつ清潔な部屋でした。朝食は十分なレベルで、スタッフは優しかったです。ジムに関してはランニングマシンとバイクが置いてありました。 【ロケーション】 仕事先はUTSAで、ホテルの前までつけてくれるバス1本で行くことができました。スーパー(heb)は少し遠く、歩道がないためスーパーへの道は険しかったですが、行けない距離ではありません。 Downtownまでもバスを乗り換えて使うかLyftを使えば行くことができます。」
