Good location, close to shops, restaurants and close to the train station. Property was clean and bed was comfortable.

It would be a good idea to warn guests that construction is underway in the hallways. The floors were torn up, with no alternative rout to the elevator. No warning signs or barriers either, which is especially concerning since children were present in the hotel. Pillows were terrible.

Very few options in breakfast for vegetarian.

Great experience! The property exceeded our expectations, and the customer service was outstanding. The hotel team members were friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome. We look forward to another stay in the future.

Great hotel. New, clean, modern.

The room was very well kept, the staff was very friendly and allowed me to check in at 3:00AM when I had an event that kept me out late Friday night. The breakfast buffet is excellent and it is located perfectly to get to the airport or to travel within the city of frankfurt

A/C did not worked. I called the hotel when I landed at the airport to get picked up with their free shuttle, no answer. I ended up paying for an uber. I don’t recommend this hotel.

Good location

The breakfast is excellent with many options. The staff are very professional and helpful and room is very clean.
