Amazing hotel. Beyond our expectations. Rooms are huge. Modern and stylish Lobby is fabulous as is the bars and restaurants You must stay here !!! Total wow

Great service and great location. The rooms are very nice as well spacious enough for four people. The valet service could improve, though, as you always have to approach them versus them approaching you Lots of restaurants, nearby and lots of people walking the streets. Felt very safe. There’s also a mall connected to the hotel.

The room offered to us was not yet ready … we are disappointed… we need to move 2 floor down .

Clean room, quiet and comfortable. Lots of things to do

My room was very quiet and I enjoyed having the kitchen amenities and the balcony. The bed was average. My only negative comments are related to the unusually excessive daily damage deposit that I wasn’t expecting - big upfront unexpected expense! Also there was no bus cart for me to take groceries up to my room - but the bellmen would do it for a set fee. The pool was lovely, but closed at 7pm, which seemed early to me for summer. I enjoyed my stay, but won’t probably return to this resort.
