The staff was friendly, the room was clean, the AC worked great, and the bed was comfortable. The refrigerator wasn't very cold, and the TV had the auto brightness feature turned on (which you can't change), so the picture was very dim with the lights turned off, which was quite annoying. Overall, it was a good experience.

It took three attempts to get a room with a king bed. Checking in with their automated system was confusing and not helpful. The front desk people ignore you. It seems like the people helping were only doing it to get you off the phone.

Terrible hotel!! They upcharge for everything!! No fridges in the room at that point stay at circus circus!! No free parking ! Checking in and out was such a hassle. Stay at another hotel ! This has by far been the worst hotel for the amount of money you pay.
