A really great place to stay basically in the heart of Düsseldorf where you seem to be poised for access to all means of transit, food, and tourist attractions, all while having a cozy respite away where you can actually sleep in the midst of all of this chaos. Will make this my regular hotel.

On check in the staff were very accommodating. However just a couple of issues experienced during our stay the main one being the lack of a bottle opener. This may sound ridiculous but the water provided in the room needed a bottle opener to open it. Despite reporting this several times, where the staff insisted there was one attached to the wall ( there wasn’t) we weren’t offered a solution.

The hotel is good and conveniently located near the train station. The room, common areas, and beds were very clean.
However, the room had poor ventilation and there was no air conditioning. The room felt like an oven all the time, and I can't imagine how uncomfortable it would be during extremely hot days. The television did not work, and there was also no hot water in the shower
